This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

Place of data processing 
The treatments related to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of the Fattoria di Santa Maria Nuova, located in Via Colle d'Agnola, 1/9 , 50026 San Casciano Val di Pesa, Florence, and are only handled by technical staff of the Office responsible for processing. The data related to the web services are also processed by the staff of the company that holds / holds the server on which the data is based and which takes care of the technological part of the site called " Creative Brain " , Piazza Garibaldi 1, Reggello (FI) .

("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalize the advertisements of its advertising network.

Types of data processed 
Among the Personal Information collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, there are: Cookies, Usage Data, Email and Name. Other Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or through informative texts displayed togetherwith the collection of the Data.

Personal Data may be entered voluntarily by the User, or collected automatically during the use of this Application.

 

Navigation data 
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
