Product Description.

Appellation: Chianti Classico DOCG
Blend: Sangiovese 100%
Production area: municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle
Vineyard altitudes: between 300 mt and 370 mt
Harvest: first ten days of October, harvested entirely by hand
Vinification: in cement tanks with medium-long maceration under controlled temperature regime

Aging: 12 months aging. Partly in cement and partly in second-passage French wood barriques, subsequent 3 months in bottle

Alcohol content: 14 % vol

 

Organoleptic notes:

Intense ruby red in color, it presents itself on the nose with an olfactory succession where ripe fruit, floral and spicy notes predominate.

Full-bodied, balanced and soft in the mouth, rightly tannic, persistent.

grilled red meat, game, meat entrees

Serving temperature: 16 degrees
