General terms and conditions of sale for purchases on the Pieve di Campoli Farm e-shop
The Istituto Diocesano per il Sostentamento del Clero di Firenze - Az. Agraria Pieve di Campoli (p.iva. 03746940489, c.f. 94015260485), with registered office in Piazza San Giovanni n. 3 in Florence, administrative office in Via Dolfi nn. 5/7 in Florence and main point of sale in Via Colle d'Agnola nn. 1/9a San Casciano Val Di Pesa (FI) (hereinafter also breviter "Pieve di Campoli"), makes available to all users the possibility to purchase its products (hereinafter also "Products") by means of the Internet, through the website https://www.pievedicampoli.it (hereinafter also "Site"), of which it is the sole and exclusive owner.
1. SUBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the Consumer Code set forth in Legislative Decree no.
206/2005 and, in particular, by Section II thereof, dedicated to Contracts negotiated off
business premises and/or at a distance and by the rules on electronic commerce dictated by D.
Lgs. n. 70/2003) and apply to the sale through the Internet of the Products, as identified and
listed on the site. The Customer is invited to read them carefully in all their parts. It is understood that, in
case of changes in the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase order placed.

By using the Site to purchase, the Customer declares that he/she is of legal age. The Customer will be identified
through the data entered by him/her in the Order. It is forbidden to provide false and/or invented data: Pieve Di
Campoli is exempt from any responsibility in this regard.
2. PURCHASE CONTRACT
When the Customer places an order on the Site for the Products he or she has placed in the shopping cart, he or she agrees to
purchase them at the price and under the terms set forth in these General Conditions of Sale.
The transmission of the order implies the full knowledge of the General Conditions of Sale by the
of the Customer and their full acceptance.The Customer who transmits a Purchase Order through the
Site agrees to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Conditions of
Sale. Purchase Orders, once confirmed as follows,shall be deemed approved unless otherwise
agreement between the parties. The Customer therefore assumes the responsibility to ascertain the correctness of the order
created before sending it. After sending the Purchase Order placed, the Customer will receive relative
confirmation on the e-mail box provided at the time of registration; only at that
moment the purchase contract will be considered concluded. Pieve di Campolisi reserves the right to refuse
orders, either for objective reasons, if the Product, at the time of the order, is not available in
stock and/or if the Customer's credit card issuer does not confirm the payment, or on the basis of
basis of its own discretion, particularly in case of previous invoices not paid by the Customer.
In this case, Pieve di Campoli will proceed to re-credit all costs incurred by the Customer.
3. TRANSPORTATION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are highlighted, with explicit entry,
in the purchase order; delivery costs vary in amount depending on the place of
delivery and the weight of the products purchased. Products are subject to the price highlighted on the Site at the
time of sending the Order; any offers prior to the time of sending the Order or
any price changes occurring thereafter, shall have no value to either
either Party. Products are shipped via express courier within 3 days
from the acceptance of the Order and delivered, to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order,
normally within 5 days of shipment. Pieve di Campoli will not be in any case responsible for
any delays not directly attributable to it and due, by way of example and not
exhaustive, to logistical reasons by the courier. Delivery terms are intended
as indicative and not binding for Pieve di Campoli, which in any case, will use its utmost
diligence to ensure their punctual compliance.
4. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY
The Customer, prior to the transmission of an Order, must register on the Site
in the manner indicated therein, paying particular attention to the correctness and completeness of the
information provided, which will be processed by Pieve di Campoli in accordance with any national
national and supranational privacy regulations.

5. PRICES APPLIED
The applicable prices for products ordered are those that appear on the Site on the date of transmission
of the order. These prices are intended to include VAT. Shipping costs, on the other hand, are not included,
which are calculated automatically when the order is placed, based on the variables already
indicated in art. 3. The prices shown on this Site are the sales prices currently in force.
Pieve di Campoli reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
6. DEFECTS and NON-CONFORMITY.
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the quantity and good condition of the goods upon
delivery. In the event that the Customer finds that the goods are damaged or do not conform to the
quantity ordered, he will be required to report this to the carrier and must sign the document of
delivery with reservation, as well as address Pieve di Campoli, within 3 days of receipt of the
shipment, to the PEC address firenze@pec-idsc.it, notice of complaint.
Pieve di Campoli undertakes to respond to complaints within 7 (seven) working days.
Together with the complaint, the Customer must send one or more photos of the damaged Product, along with the
copy of the Order and the payment made.
After performing the necessary verifications, Pieve di Campoli will provide a free replacement once it has
received back the damaged goods.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer, in line with the provisions of the Consumer Code, may exercise the right of withdrawal within
the term of 14 days from the delivery of the Products, upon written notice to Pieve di Campoli by
by PEC to firenze@pec-idsc.it or by registered letter sent to the administrative office,
with acknowledgement of receipt, anticipated by sending an e-mail to info@pievedicampoli.it,
enclosing a copy of the order and payment.
Once the above notice of withdrawal has been received, Pieve di Campoli will notify the Customer of the details on how to return the goods.
The goods must be returned, at the care and expense of the Customer, within 14 days from the date on which the Customer himself communicated his decision to withdraw to the address:

In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods in the same conditions in which it was received, intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage.
Packages, packaging or items that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be accepted original. Once the Product has arrived at Pieve di Campoli and after checking the condition of the goods, if it corresponds to the standards mentioned above, within 10 days the Customer will receive the refund of the total amount of his expenditure.
The refund will be made by re-crediting the amount due to the credit card used by the Customer for the purchase being reimbursed or to the IBAN indicated by the Customer, in the event that the purchase was made by bank transfer. It will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide Pieve di Campoli any information necessary for a correct and prompt refund procedure.
Once the above notice of withdrawal has been received, Pieve di Campoli will notify the Customer of the details on how to return the goods.

9. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
A European Online Dispute Resolution (so-called ODR) platform is active and can be accessed
at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Through the ODR platform the Customer
consumer can send a complaint regarding a contract concluded online with Pieve di Campoli
and thus activate the online dispute resolution procedure.
10. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR NON-CONSUMER USERS
These Conditions are subject to Italian law. For all orders from parties
not qualifying as consumers, all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or
execution of this contract, will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.
If the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of his or her municipality of residence.
