The Vin Santo of Pieve di Campoli:
amid care, patience and sacrifice

Five to seven years is the minimum aging time for the passito produced by Pieve di Campoli. The long duration and complexity of the process make it a precious and sacred wine. Bottled with two labels (Cortine Docg and Pieve di Campoli Docg), it is also produced for the liturgical needs of the Archdiocese of Florence.

A man, a place and
an excellent Classic Chianti

In 2019, Pieve di Campoli launched the Cortine line with the desire to create a product of excellence, an expression of the historic vineyards of the village where Don Agostino Giotti lived from 1953 to 1986. With his dedication to wine and work in the vineyard, the parish priest represents one of the farm's most living legacies, together with the area that hosts the old vines.

When agriculture
gets brave

Thanks to a memorable breakthrough, the Cipressa Vineyard is a gamble taken and won. Today it is home to Pugnitello, a particular native Tuscan variety of which Pieve di Campoli will soon be, with a dedicated label, one of the few bottlers.

Born in Chianti, raised in the school of Bordeaux. Today, Andrea Paoletti, a humble and shy oenologist, is the director of the Pieve di Campoli winery.
