Since 2021 the Cortine line, hosts a pure version of this grape variety, which was created to ennoble a white grape going in the same way to cover a lack in the range of proposals among the farm bottles.
Our Trebbiano vines are among the oldest on the entire farm and are mainly found in the Cortine area, where in addition to the valley bottoms, it lingers in the old vines in promiscuity with other historical black grape varieties.

Tasting Notes:
Amber yellow in color with golden hues, it presents itself on the nose with pleasant fruity and floral scents. The result is a product that mitigates the natural acidity of the grape variety, in favor of a softer and more balanced taste, a solid structure and a pleasant persistence in the mouth, also given by aging in wood.
Pairings:
Typical pairings are with light pasta dishes and main courses of white meats and fish, but its distinct freshness and pleasant acidity also make it an interesting proposition as an aperitif wine on sultry summer evenings, to try perhaps with medium-aged blue cheeses.
